Our shipping center is open Mon-Fri, which means all orders placed late Friday through the weekend will not ship out until the following Monday. We ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS.) All orders are shipped with a tracking # & sent via email to the email address on file, you can track your package through the USPS website.
Sisters Boutique & Gifts is not responsible for lost or damaged packages in the mail. USPS is responsible once the package is shipped out. Nor are we responsible for packages marked “Delivered.” You will need to contact your local post office in regards to your package.

If you’re not satisfied with an item, return it! Please email us before you ship out return for an approval. All returns must be sent back within 7 business days from delivered date. Shipping costs will not be refunded. You will receive store credit for future purchases.
